The clinic is inside the yellow rectangle (first image, below). The doors are where the red rectangle is drawn. Lifts are to the right, and stairs wells are either side.
Karp Court is off Bundall Road, located between Chevron Island and Isle of Capri, directly opposite the HOTA (the old Gold Coast Arts Centre) and GCCC Evandale Chambers.
When you turn into Karp Ct, our building (Number 11) – straight ahead.
PARKING
Free onsite parking spaces are marked with the yellow P’s in the top image, and the fourth reserved space to the far right and closest to the building. Please do not park in spaces not designated for Lissome.
If these spaces are occupied, ample Park and Pay places are to the immediate right of where this photo was taken from, and on the court. (All public Park and Pay spaces in the court are $2 an hour.) Use the PayStay App for convenient parking.
If it looks like hail, continue to the end of the court and park in the secure car park at the end of the court, approx 40m to the left of where this image was taken from.
Coming FROM THE SOUTH on Bundall Road
(from Ashmore Rd, Isle of Capri or Broadbeach, etc.):
Heading towards Southport on Bundall Road, turn LEFT into Karp Ct at the lights where HOTA (Home of the Arts) and GCCC chambers are (on your right).
Coming FROM THE NORTH on Bundall Rd
(from Chevron Island, Slatyr Ave, and Southport, etc.)
Heading towards Broadbeach and Robina on Bundall Road; after the lights for Chevron Island, be in the far right (turning) lane as you come to the lights where the Arts Centre and GCCC chambers are, and turn right into Karp Ct.
