These Booking Conditions are based upon mutual respect and personal responsibility. I am no longer a member of any professional body and as such, my services are not rebatable via private health insurance.

Viruses and illness: I have a number of very high risk clients with respect to viral infections (transplant and respiratory clients for example).

Very Important: Please do NOT wear ANY scented products during your visit. Perfumes, aftershaves, scented deodorants - and especially scented body cremes - cause severe reactions to my health, and I must refuse service to anyone wearing scented products for my own health and wellbeing. For tradies; please ensure you've had time to clean up before attending - concrete dust, sawdust and grease is for the job-site, not the clinic. Thank you for understanding.

Appointment times start at the nominated time, and are for up to 35 minutes (as required) per visit.

When setting a reservation, we agree to be available to each other at our mutually agreed upon appointment time in a suitably clean state*. You agree to pay for any reservations you set, whether: attended; unattended without notice; or cancelled on short notice**.

Fees

Myotherapy consultations are $145 per booking unit. All payments are due at time of consultation – Electronic payments are preferred incl. EFTPOS, debit and credit cards including American Express.

Clients who present wearing SCENTED products (see below), or present with clothing or self with oil, dirt and similar will NOT be seen, nor will those drenched in sweat from work-outs or other activities Please ensure you have enough time to clean up before your appointment time if applicable. Suitably clean includes not wearing scented products including deodorants, personal fragrances, moisturizers, body creams, or any other products, as well as clothes washed in [persistently] scented detergents and fabric softeners, or incidentally sprayed or contaminated with scents or fragrances. ** Cancellation on Short Notice – are bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice before a set appointment time.
